Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Organizing Committee of NABICON 2026 invites abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations.

Abstract Submission Process
  • Abstract submissions will only be accepted electronically through the abstract submission module.
  • All content of the abstract is the sole responsibility of the author(s) of the abstract.
  • Online submissions will start from 15th November, 2025.
  • The last date to submit the abstract is 15th January, 2026.
  • The Scientific Committee will review your abstract and confirm acceptance by e-mail by 30th January, 2026.
Guidelines
  • The general criteria for acceptance are originality, clarity, and relevance.
  • Each abstract should include a Title, Names of Authors, Presenting Author, Department, Institute / Hospital, City, and Country.
  • Only registered delegates shall be allowed to attend and present.
  • The abstract body should not exceed 300 words.
  • Do not include subheadings, tables, or figures.
  • Indicate your presentation type preference — Oral or Poster.
  • The abstract should include: aims & objectives, materials & methods, observations, results, discussion, and conclusions.
  • For case reports: include introduction, case report, and discussion.

  • Long Paper Podium Presentation (8 + 2 min)
  • Short Paper Podium Presentation (5 + 1 min)

Best Paper Award
  • The participant must be a member of NABI.
  • The candidate should be a registered delegate for NABICON 2026.
  • Eligibility: PG trainees in MS/MCh/DNB or within 3 years post-PG.
  • Full text (not abstract) should be sent to nabi.secretary.india@gmail.com before 15th January, 2026.
  • Names of co-authors or institutions must NOT appear in the abstract or presentation for award sessions.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any paper.
  • Presentation time: 10 minutes (7 minutes + 3 minutes discussion).
